How much assistance should the U.S. provide — military and/or financial — to foreign countries at war, like Israel or Ukraine? What, if any, should be the litmus test for American allies to receive assistance from the U.S.?

“Strength maintains peace. Weakness invites wars.” -The Kate Monroe Doctrine

Joe Biden has proved my doctrine 100%. Russia first annexed Crimea because it viewed the president as weak. When Russia first massed its army on the border of Ukraine, all Biden said to deter an invasion was, “If Russia invades … then there will be longer Nord Stream 2. We will bring an end to it.” This weak (and incoherent) statement was seen as an invasion green light with a welcome mat to Putin and led to the current invasion and protracted stalemate.

I oppose Biden’s Ukraine-stated policy of, “As long as it takes,” which means, “Give me endless blank checks.” I support congressional Republican demands that defend Ukraine contingent and commensurate with defending our own border.

Our terrorist enemies can just walk freely across our border and establish cells across America. We need to defend our own border before the terrorists do to us what Hamas did to Israel.

Iran has attacked U.S. bases 100+ times since because they view Biden as weak. We need to let Israel finish the job as quickly as possible. Israel won’t require a fraction of the money we’ve sent to Ukraine if we don’t slow them down.

Biden’s weakness has caused our military to be severely undermanned and dangerously low on ammunition by sending it to Ukraine. I pray that we make it to the 2024 election without a third Biden war, where China senses this weakness and pounces on Taiwan.

Border security continues to be a concern for many Americans. What is one proposal, that you believe could get bipartisan support, to address the border?

Joe Biden has become America’s immigration pimp-in-chief because he’s prostituting our nation’s border sovereignty to child sex traffickers, drug cartels and terrorists in exchange for votes.

This despicable (and probably impeachable) dereliction of duty by the president is why even blue states and big-city Democrats are revolting and demanding action at the southern border. This is not a partisan issue; it’s an American issue.

Our border is our nation’s body armor, and my “border-armor plan” is five layers, just like actual body armor has:- Finish the wall,- Reinstate the “remain in Mexico” asylum policy,- Life without parole for fentanyl and child sex traffickers,- Deputize Biden’s new 87,000 armed IRS agents and deploy them at the border, and- Commence mass deportations. If Obama can deport millions of illegal immigrants, we can too.

As AI technology continues to rapidly expand, what do you see as the federal government’s role in creating and enforcing a regulatory framework?

For once, the government needs to be proactive and get out in front of this issue and not be reactive after it’s too late. If we allow a few big tech “censor-receptionists” to shape AI legislation through their lobbyists, it will be a disaster if not downright dangerous.

I, therefore, propose a bipartisan AI Regulation Proposal Group led by Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, Palmer Luckey and other smart tech titans who oppose sinister authoritarian powers and develop technology commensurate with their values of life, liberty, competitive commerce and free speech.

The role — and size — of the U.S. Supreme Court has come under scrutiny in recent years. Do you believe more justices should be added to the nation’s highest court, or would you support any kind of reform, like term limits?

I oppose term limits for Supreme Court justices so long as there are no term limits for career government bureaucrats in high positions since they are 90%+ registered Democrats.

I oppose packing the Supreme Court with liberal justices since this is one of the three pillars of the left’s stated “master plan” to achieve permanent one-party rule nationwide.Their other two pillars are packing the Congress with two new states of Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico and packing the presidential electorate with millions of new voters from foreign countries to turn Texas blue.

The greatest threat to America is an extremist “Democrat supremacy,” the left’s stated prime objective of one-party rule. This will destroy America from within, or as President Lincoln said, the only way our nation can die is “by suicide.”

What is one environment or climate policy you’d champion if elected?

Here’s an innovative idea you’ve never heard before because I’m breaking it exclusively here: I propose environmentally friendly desalination of seawater to freshwater. Other rich countries do it, such as the United Kingdom, Singapore and Saudi Arabia — and the Carlsbad desalination plant in the 49th congressional district.

Specifically, I propose converting unused offshore oil rigs to floating mobile desalination plants offshore to produce clean, fresh water and send it wherever it’s needed most. The world’s top desalination experts tell me that my idea of piping fresh water ashore is entirely feasible, safe and clean.

Offshore = No coastal brine threat to fish or sea life.

Offshore = No coastal commission delays or other government red tape, and no obstruction by environmental groups that oppose building desalination plants on the beach.

Offshore = Mobile so they can fill reservoirs, rivers or city water supplies where the need is greatest.

California residents will never have another drinking water shortage, even if/when there is another drought.

The George Santos saga made for numerous memes and “SNL” skits. But what is one thing Congress should take away from the former congressman’s expulsion from the House?

Congress should use this golden opportunity to demonstrate that the rules apply to both parties equally. Now that George Santos has been expelled for lying, Sen. Bob Menendez, D-New Jersey, needs to be expelled also for being caught red-handed with a pile of gold bars that a foreign government allegedly bribed him with.

To not do so is blatant hypocrisy, and it is unacceptable.

2023 was a year for labor in California. What is one policy you’d champion to support workers, if elected?

The bottom line is Americans deserve to earn much higher wages. Higher taxes don’t create higher wages. Inflation and competition from low-wage illegal immigrants have decreased the average income of American citizens by $6,000 per year after it had just increased by $6,000 annually in the previous administration.

My “five-layer border armor” plan to halt illegal immigration, combined with my “Performance-based Funding Act” to end reckless spending, will put at least an additional earned $6,000+ in every worker’s pocket.

If you are an incumbent, tell us the most significant accomplishment of your most recent term. If you’re a newcomer, tell us how you, as a freshman, would stand out.

As a private citizen, I have accomplished more in the past weeks and months, than many incumbent members of Congress do in their entire career.

I held a TV press conference and demanded the resignation of the most prominent politician in San Diego County. Days later he resigned. A few months ago, I exposed the hidden homeless problem in San Diego on local TV and Fox News, and only days later, the mayor announced a new camping ban. The Union-Tribune just announced that the homeless population on the streets is now reduced by half. Recently on Fox News, I exposed the latest scandal of the Department of Veterans Affairs spending $3.5 billion annually on non-veterans, especially illegal non-citizens. Almost immediately, the U.S. Senate moved to introduce new legislation prohibiting this.

I even submitted a new bipartisan congressional bill framework for veteran entrepreneurs, and it has since been introduced.

Describe your political philosophy in 10 words or less.

I’m a conservative Marine veteran who puts my country first.

What is your go-to campaign trail snack or drink?

I drink the knowledge, wisdom and lessons of Lincoln and Reagan from a firehose. I snack on criticism from the left with a smile. But I mainly feed off the positive energy of the incredible local voters and constituents of our great county that I seek to serve in Congress.
